The invite alone grants nothing. They confirm on their own device using a code you gave them directly.
Cutting off a confirmed guardian starts a grace period, not an immediate cut. The one person who'd notice something's wrong shouldn't be easy to silence in the moment.
If someone is standing over you, forcing you to check in, you don't reach for your real code. You use the other one.

Home, usually — stand right outside the front door when you set it, for the best accuracy. Or any destination you choose, by exact coordinates.
Available on every screen while a session is active. It checks your real position against the saved one — within about 15 meters — before ending anything.
Ending the Defcon countdown doesn't erase the record instantly — your guardians can still review the trail for the standard 48-hour window.
In Parent Mode, a parent can end a session directly with their PIN — a genuine emergency exit if the GPS position is ever wrong. Nothing else can.
